Rhome Zabriskie
Attorney Rhome David Zabriskie graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University. After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree, Rhome continued his education and earned his Juris Doctorate from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Since becoming a member of the Utah Bar Association in 2001, Rhome has handled hundereds of injury cases and thousands of criminal cases. He has appeared on many local and national television news programs as a legal guest. Rhome has successfully litigated many complex cases and has earned an outstanding reputation in Utah's legal community. In 2011, Rhome obtained a bar license to practice law in the State of Idaho.
Dean Zabriskie
Attorney Dean N. Zabriskie graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in psychology from the University of Southern California (USC). After obtaining his Bachelor's Degree, Dean continued his education and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Gould School of Law at the USC. Dean practiced law in Southern California for several years where he gained experience both in prosecuting criminal cases and in complex civil litigation. After gaining years of litigation experience working for the county, Dean went into private practice in the Los Angeles area where he gained a national reputation as a litigation attorney. Dean has traveled around the country handling high profile cases. In 1980 he became a member of the Utah Bar Association. Over the years, Dean has narrowed his practice to handling only criminal and personal injury cases. Dean continues to successfully litigate cases in all courts throughout the State of Utah.
Stephen Allred
Attorney Stephen R. Allred earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Prior to law school, Stephen graduated cum laude from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. During law school, Stephen was a two year member of the competition trial advocacy team. Over that two year period, Stephen competed in the Stanford Law School Invitational mock trial competition, and the American Association for Justice (AAJ) regional competitions in Denver, Colorado, and Kansas City, Missouri. Additionally, during Stephen's 3rd year at Washburn, he practiced law in the Washburn Law Clinic under the Kansas Supreme Court's 3rd year practice rule. Stephen practiced in the criminal defense clinic and appeared on many cases in the Topeka Municipal Court, Topeka District Court, and the Prairie Band Potwatami Indian Nation. Stephen was selected into the Order of Barristers, a national organization recognizing excellence. Since being admitted to practice law in Utah, Stephen has been an associate attorney with the firm. His practice is limited to solely criminal defense. Stephen has handled hundereds of cases across the State of Utah as part of the firm's statewide practice. He also has an unparalleled record in bench and jury trials and strives to advocate strongly and persuasively for all his clients.
